No, Caravan is a Japanese group. They dump only Japanese games. (Just look at all there releases.)

I dont think they have thier own website, i searched google and nothing, plus its uploading, probally wont finish for atleast 15 minutes. Uploading a 10-20 mb video clip can take like 2 minutes depending on the service.
