the lags probably why triple battles were removed it lags in the totem battle when rockruff is sent out imagine 8 models on screen at once 6 pokemon models and two trainers

Try the demo and do a few battles. (the demo is on that iso site). That will tell you how bad it is.

Im going to be sad if the lag is unbearable.. On my N3DS XL it has IPS top screen and I don't personally like it bc all of my other consoles have both TN screens top and bottom, looks strange..

I already played the demo. You mean the lag which sometimes appear before the attack animation?

It seems it lags only on the old 3ds to an annoying point. The new 3ds is ok lag wise. (And this game has no 3d.)

I think they wouldn't have the trainers in the background during double/triple battles

if you do triple battles with all legendarys in x and y and oras it gets laggy probs would lag even more on sun and moon

Which is why i said no trainers during triple battles. (I never triple battled with all three legendarys from xy because that would be too easy)

I'm not fan of triple battles anyways. (Mostly cause i suck at them.)

It is BADLY optimized, it's not a matter of better graphics or not.
