Ok so I've placed the files on the root of my microsd and then I've add it to my flashcard. Finally I placed the flashcard with the microsd on the 3ds and after the booting I've seen that my 3ds read the flashcard.
Another weird thing:after switched the dsi menu theme with the r4 theme now my game is not more visible from the menu. Why?

If you're using the R4 theme, press L in the game list to change game location.

Sorry, I extracted the contents of the folders to the roots.
Are you getting a white screen after the DS boot screen?

Ok I've fixed that but I've still a doubt:the launch add game features? In the guide it say to do it after the extract of the files on the root of microsd

I'm in the dsi menu but the add games features isn't here.I placed the r4 with all the files on the microsd root on the slot of my 3ds so it should appear

So, a weird issue I keep getting is that I have to switch to the unofficial nds-bootstrap release, reboot, switch back to the official release, reboot, and then launch a game to make it work, otherwise I always get a white screen when launching a game.

Did you update the official bootstrap to the latest version, 0.4.1?

Press START, and change game location to flashcard.
Thank you all work like a charm!:)
Another question:but if one has the flashcard what are the advantages from have it?because the games are loaded from the flashcard so is the same I think

Only advantage is if you have ARM9 CPU Speed set to TWL, there will be less lags in some games.
The advantage is for both SD and flashcard users.

I can know for who hasn't the flashcard .Anyway :if I boot a game from flashcard on TWloader can I play all the games I want?I said this because there is a list of compatibility with some games but is only for the sd users I believe

Yes.

Thank you very much for all! Was much time from which I wanted play nds games on my 3ds :)
Instead to run gba games?I seen the loader but where I must place the gba games on my sd?The root?
The gba rom is placed on the root of the sd, as runner.gba, the ROM can be in either the SD or flashcard.
GBARunner2 expects the ROM to be SRAM patched, so check the FAQs on how to SRAM patch the ROM.

Well at least it's not just me being an idiot. Thanks for trying!

EDIT:

I was just thinking... is it possible that my R4i is actually an R4i Gold? Maybe I need to use that pack/settings?

This is what it looks like:
