I use 64gb. As long as it's fat32 you're fine.

Really wierd. Finally got it to work on an old 3ds but my n3ds still loads at a white screen with mario kart ds.

Delete the _nds folder on your sd card in the n3ds and replace it with the one from the o3ds.

I'm not sure then. There are many factors that could cause a white screen. Their versions of nds bootstrap are 100 percent the same?

Try setting MKDS as donor again.
Also, are you sure your N3DS' SD is 32kb clusters?

The donor rom wouldn't help considering they're trying to run mkds, which is the donor rom. The 32kb clusters should help though.

Did you try reinstalling the TWLoader.cia and nand-side cia's? It seems to have stopped random crashes for me on O3DS

You can switch the location to flashcard in the DSi Menu, if that's what you mean.
Press START, and select "Game location".

I think he means a DSi Menu like GUI instead of akaio.

If anyone wants an updated version of GBARunner2, just download the dldi arm7 version an extract the nds file on the _nds folder. It has a file browser and has improved compatibility.

This as in TWLoader? I can use TWLoader + SD "fine" with 128GB, so I mean it'll be usable. Mario Kart and SM64 run without a hitch so I'm not sure of any disadvantages using this software with higher storage capacities. Edit: somehow missed the replies that came after

Two quick questions.
1.Would it be possible in the future to have NDS games appear as sharp as they would on a DSi XL? Maybe I'm not using the correct term here, but on the 3DS XL it looks like it's going through a bilinear filter which makes it very blurry compared to playing the same game on the DSi XL.

2. Will it be/is it possible to change the NDS rom folder location to anywhere on the SD? Currently I see an option for flashcarts and the sd:\roms\NDS but I prefer sd:\!roms\NDS so the roms folder appears at the top of any lists for using other emulators.
