Hacking Disable initial check of gamepad controller

Hi guys, I'm searching for an hack that allows to disable the control on the gamepad?
I want to play with the pro controller only without the big gamepad with screen.

Several games do not use it at all, but they do an annoying control of the device at the start of the game.
