Gaming DirectX 10

Ok, how does one download DirectX 10?

I go to the official DirectX 10 site.

I click "Download the latest DirectX" and it takes me to a download that seems to be for 9.0c.

"The Microsoft DirectX® End-User Runtime provides updates to 9.0c and previous versions of DirectX"

Does this package include 10? Because nowhere on the page does it mention DirectX 10.

DirectX 10 is included in Vista and Windows 7 and you cannot install DirectX 10 on XP.

You can also download dxwebsetup.exe and it will scan your system and download the DirectX files for your OS.

Ah, so it knows what I'm running. I was just collecting the newest versions of my programs and getting ready for the switch, and thought I'd get everything ready to go.

You can also find hacked XP version of DirectX 10 online.

But yeah, it should come with the OS.
