So much excitement for something u can already do.... people get excited for nothing, when this is as perfect as wiiflow or usbloader then let the excitement begin,
This is a "big deal". we were told "no you can't" and this person just said "YES YOU CAN!". So yeah we are excited and no you could not load GCN on USB before now.

I think some people misunderstood what crediar said; he said that nintendo memcard unlocking fails, that means that any 3rd party memory card should work fine!
That does not make any sense to me. Why should a third party memcard work and a first party not? Have you test it?

That guy is just messing around. It's no mem cards working, except for one game apparently.

For the same reason GCMM, NuGaSa and similar apps don't work with original Memory Cards, perhaps? It apparently is a libogc problem.

The first party mem card "bug" has a work-around for most apps.

You go into the wii setting, the saves, then the gc card. Select a save on the card (so it gives the moves/copy/delete option) and then just back out all the way to the wii menu. The official card is now "unlocked".

This works for the mem card managers, the modded AR and I'm 99% sure will work for any homebrew that uses the official cards including this.

Was anyone able to get a game on Sonic Gems Collection to load? If I remember correctly, there is a reloader option in Gamecube Backup launcher that allows you to play the games. Could something like that be implemented in Dios Mios?

i wonder if the guy that release Dios Mios is still working on it, or some other dude will continue it.

In which way? You gotta have one game at least on the "games" folder, cuz I had problems loading it because of that.

By the way...

Notice how the memory card seems to be working o.O

Suggest using the guide here for the nand:
http://sites.google.com/site/completesg/ho...setup/nand-dump
and the guide here
for the auto installer
The only thing I would change would be using 3 instead of 2 (sneek nand + install) on the first guide and then make sure you use your actual serial number (or your wii motes won't be able to sync to both "nands" at the same time. For me for some reason the kernel.bin it creates for me never works (the other two important files are a 100% hash match to the ones that work) so use the auto installer (it has been having trouble downloading files from nus for me recently, if you have that problem you need
* NUS(IOS > IOS80 > v6943)
* NUS(IOS > IOS60 > v6174)
0000000100000050v6943 -> 0000000e.app file.
and
000000010000003Cv6174 -> 00000001.app
the .app extension is the decrypted one, you need a key.bin file for that.
placed in whatever folder you selected for "installer files").

Last thing to note, it takes time to load, a LONG time the first time, if your hdd access indicator is blinking, you have a black screen (up to 5min) and your wiimote stays synced (it won't your first boot of virgin nand, it needs to be resynced to the consoles new nand) then you are "probably" good to go.

Unless you're using UNEEK. Then it only takes about 10 seconds.

Mega man fans should be happy to know that Mega man X collection runs nearly perfectly. Except for the sound, it's fully playable.

here is the video for MEGAMAN X COLLECTION (u).

the sound is terrible but the game play is excelent and the game can save.

esp.. uneek+di f.w 4.3 .......dios mios r14 ............ DiscEX-v0.7

Can you use diosmios without di?
My Uneek+di (which i switched for the time being to sneek+di while I'm trying to get everything working) took time the first load, and just after setup (3 minutes or so).
Would like to reiterate the question, has anyone else had problems compiling sneek (with or without the changes) and is it unusual that the hash NEVER matches each time it compiles (I can only get sneek to load with sneek auto installer, which only works great for non dios mios purposes).

I think I'll definitely be trying it out once those fixes end up on GoogleCode. At least I don't think they're there yet. This project is really exciting.
