GUN(GUME52) works with the new DM lite 2.2+CFG mod r37 + a disc in the drive.

But it doesn't work with DM 2.2 (no matter w/ or w/o a disc in the drive)

This is proof that DM and DML don't necessarily have the same game compatibility.

So I'm having no luck either. DM 2.2, using config mod 15r37 or something. CFG sees GCN games when I select FAT32 partition, just won't boot. Stays at a black screen, like most people. Also tried DM booter, it sees the games on my USB drive, but just hangs when launching. When you say you need a disc in the drive... any disc? or a wii/gcn disc?

I've used GcReEX for just about everything, just ran into my first game that isn't working for me. BMX XXX, not important though lol, however I just like to get things to work so I'm going to try out whatever few video options I have left than the ISO without any game conversion, hopefully it works.

Actually for "most people, it works and doesn't black screen. Refer to the compatibility list for any notes to get it to work, take a look at this guide to make sure that you've taken all the necessary steps to get things to work. If things still go sour try a USB Flash drive they usually work great, if DM launches for you, you'll have to accept that you have an incompatible USB adapter or change the adapter if possible.

Any disc should do, I personally use GCN discs because I have them available.

I think it's basically you turn ALL the DM(L) settings OFF.

All default settings except you would like to select a different video mode
to fit your screen/TV.

Also make sure your ISO (md5/sha1....) is the same as

Hey I've only tried it with GCReEX cuz that's all the time I had for today but it didn't work, with or w/o no disk/, video patching, or pad hook. Tried all options. When I get a chance I'll try the ISO w/o conversion, but I don't think it's going to work.

For the people that are having black screen issues.

What format are your games in?

GCReEX or DiscEx? or just untouched iso file renamed to game.iso?

With my setup i can not get GCReEX format games to boot at all.
DiscEx games and untouched iso files(game.iso) boot fine for me but if i take the same iso file and convert it to GCReEX it just black screens.

Put a disc in the drive, all my gamecube games work perfectly now.

for PSO, the compt list says :
Disabled PadHook/Debug/Ocarina, remove accessory from slot B.
so use the latest version, as padhook was always enabled on older versions.

Thanks for checking it with GCReXE and various options. When you say, ISO w/o conversion, you mean a straight 100% rip, right? Because that didn't work for me... sadly.
