how exactly do i use that ct cheat file with psp emulator?

You need Cheat Engine (6.4 is the latest version as of writing this)
and the PPSSPP emulator (1.0.1-620-g71adbaa is the latest version as of writing this).

Here are the steps:

1. Start up the PPSSPP emulator
2. Load the DWRD game
3. Hook up Cheat Engine to the PPSSPP process by either:
a) File -> Open Process
b) Clicking on the Computer icon
4. Open the cheat table by either:
a) File -> Open File
b) Clicking on the Folder icon
c) Double-clicking on the cheat table
d) Clicking on the cheat table and then pushing Enter
e) Right-clicking on the cheat table and selecting Open
f) (If on Desktop) Navigating to it via the Arrow keys and then pushing Enter
5. Choose what type of codes you would like to modify
6. Expand your chosen directory to see the codes inside by either:
a) Clicking on the box next to its name
b) Pushing the Right Arrow key (Recommended)
7. Change their values to suit your needs
8. Enjoy yourself!

Look for a bathroom (the pink icon on the maps) or use an item called Portable Potty...

So I'm playing this... On the ps3. Was able to get a remaster made fairly easily, actually. I emailed the creators at the email from the start of the game, but I'm not sure if that's the best way to reach them to ask if it's okay if I upload the PS3 converted version anywhere, nor who to actually give credit to other then the translation blog?

Is it usual that my digimon needs to go two or three times to the bathroom? What are the consecuences of not doing so? A digimon told me of harsh consecuences that I could end up begging to jijimon for mercy.

How does the Fresh training bonus work? Does it keep stacking for every Fresh you continuously train on the set equipment?

Also, is it permanent? Or only for that Digimon?

Did that part a few hours ago, PSP 3000, CFW6.60 1.1 Dub with NO FREEZING.

I don't think it's a widespread bug.

Thank you for this translataion, everyone from the team! Me, my brother and my nephew all big fans of Digimon series. Unlike other that grow up with Pokemon, we in the other side are grew up with Digimon. That's why this project really make us happy
My nephew hope you can finished the Digimon Adventure game too, because it his favorite anime and he like to play it in English. Well, just rest for now and pick DA game too if you interested in it. But I'm not forcing you for anything. I hope you're not offended.

Oh yeah, one other thing. Did the difference of sub and dub only in the terms and digimon name? Like GatomonXTailmon, MagnaAngemonXHolyAngemon? How about the human character name? Does their name get westernization or stay with their Japanese name?

The human character would stay the same since he's a neutral character same with the other neutral characters.

While I don't think it's really necessary to cheat in such an easy game I think it's impressive how many you got there. Some are definitely new too. Nice work.

I never thought of the PSX version being hard really either.xd Then again there are very few games I consider hard. Dante Must Die SS all Missions on DMC3, that's hard.xd

Eh I believe you would need to some one to pass it onto cwcheat/tempAR format, if there are scripts involved then there would be a need to pin point where/when the stuff happens to be inside the code.
