Also you don't need an editor lol, Notepad++ or even wordpad can do an easier job.

_C1 [name]
_L [code 1] [code 2]
_L [for multi strings just add a _L after pressing enter and then type the next string]
Anyways are you looking for stuff like the Max stat cheats?

More or less, I just usually go for two things, exp multipliers and gold multipliers, rarely I hack anything else.

I am also adding the digimon listm the format is not perfectly preserved mind you, its also on docx so windows 2010 or later can open it.

Well there is a money code XD oh and just a note that if you plan to use the stat codes the MP code is incorrect its 2nd code has to end the same as the HP code oh and tyvm for the information this will help a lot, I know this format btw, it would look wondrous in database format *-*

Beats me, I took the stuff from PSPiso and pasted it on word, the user also apparently took it from somwhere else too as he had remnants of code around his post.

Yeah this looks to be the default stat's nonetheless this data will help with the 2nd half of the digivolution guide I plan to create (the one on Gamefaqs is a bit too widespread)

I can answer that for you, first get a clean digimon re: digitize rom, then download the patch from https://digimonworldre.wordpress.com/ then just extract and click DWRD patcher.exe, select your clean iso then select where to save the patched iso finally just choose between sub (japanese names and terms) or dub (english names and terms)

Well I personally just type the cheats into the .ini file associated with the game. If you check a few pages back you can get the file I uploaded containing the cheat.cb file and the program I use to read these cheats.
