Hacking Did the update for a free nes title then everything broke

Alright Today i did the update that allowed for a free NES title if you bought the internet channel at first everything seemed alright my homebrew channel was still there and everything but when i boot up wad manager after i choose what ios i want to use to install i wad it just hangs there (Waninkoko's wad manager 1.5) and when i start up configurable usb loader it just hangs at the screen with a switch on it (Fat 48 version i think) but when i use a back up disk in the disk channel it'll boot up and work (using cioscorp 3.5) so yeah any help would be apreciated.

you have stubbed your custom IOS's(249, 202, 222 + 223) just like the 4.2 update does

uninstall stub ios through Any Title Deleter mod then reinstall them back using their respective installers.
