Hacking Did downgrade and still cannot use the shop Channel

I accidentally performed a system update to my Wii to 3.4 which caused me to lose the Mii Channel and I had not yet
connected to the Shop Channel.
I did the downgrade to 3.2 and still cannot access the Mii Channel or Shop Channel.


This Wii was purchased in China and I live in the United States. From what I understand being that the Wii was updated in the United States and not in China it took away both of those Channels.

Can anyone help me with this?

Do I need to use the Anyregion Changer to change it back to china and then to the US how does it work?

I tried reinstalling the Wii Shop Channel but it's still not working.

how could upgrading to 3.4 remove the access to mii and shop channel......???????????????
its if you downgrade that you lose the shop channel because it needs the update from 3.3... you can just use the safe 3.3 update via the link provided above

Is it because my Wii is from China and was updated in the US?
