maybe (to confirm) you can inject a file manually on the non hacked switch without using cfw !
here, by "cfw" I mean "patched firmware", in the sense that you'll never patch your HorizonOS; the switch will never run on a non clean horizon firmware.
hacked switch : use Checkpoint to backup your save.
non hacked switch : use RCM (jig+payload sender), and send Memloader payload. Mount your internal console's partition on your computer, they will be seen as hard drives, or folders. find where your diablo3 save is located and replace the file with the one from the hacked console.
reboot the non hacked console into official firmware.
the OS will not have any CFW information as it was never running in patched form.
Issues you can have :
- the save can be locked to a specific user, you might have to fix the checksum.
- if done wrong, the non hacked console can be bricked, or savegame not working, or game crashing, creating a report sent to nintendo. always make a full NAND backup to be able to restore the console in a non hacked and not file edited state.
Like I said, it's only a supposition. don't try it right away, and wait for someone else to confirm it's a good idea or a totally wrong one.
