Hey guys,

Sorry if it's been asked a lot, I know it can bother some people to always see the same kind of question but I tend to see there are a lot of info to gather and to understand before doing something to our Switch !

I just wanted to clarify some points to make sure I understood everything correctly. Basicaly :

A sysCFW would be "safe" to play online as long as it stays as close as possible to a stock one, so it means no pirated games, no cheating in online games, etc. Just theming or save editing in offline games (or ACNH seems to be kinda safe)

My question is, can I use a emuCFW to do some more "sea pirates" things while forcing it to stay offline 27/7, and then going back to my sysCFW that is as close as stock as possible to keep playing online and theoretically avoid getting banned ? Like as long as my emuNAND side is offline and my sysCFW is as close as stock as possible AND online, I SHOULD be fine right ? THEORETICALLY

Thanks for your help !

SysCFW is still on CFW, only if you have a clean Sysnand then you can play online, Sysnand CFW and OFW share the same NAND, use an emunand for your nsp/xci, homebrew etc.

Yep my sysnand is completely clean, so if I got it correctly, I should play online with it, and stay offline with the emuNAND while doing my sea pirates things, and should be fine ?
