Homebrew Deleting titles within rednand?

I have a 32GB Wii U, and the sysnand is full up with old eShop games. I feel like it's a waste to clone 32GB of useless legitimate eShop titles to rednand, so I want to delete them to make room for some WUP installed games. Is this safe to do? I deleted one title in rednand as a test, and it comes back on the next boot as a question mark channel. If this doesn't cause any other problems I'll just delete everything and throw the question marks in a folder. Is that fine?

Im pretty sure question mark channels only happen from a game being on usb and only on 1 nand. Anyway my sysnand and rednand are linked and i have way more things on my rednand than my sysnand so you should be fine.
