Now that the AES key scrambler is known, is there any reason why we could not decrypt all content on a PC when we have the OTP blob from the 3DS?

Edit:
What is the format for the blob?

From what I understand, it's not possible without knowing the NCCH key (or something else, I forget, it's been a few weeks) they have stored in the bootROM, and that situation still hasn't changed.

We can, in fact, decrypt content that uses known keys (0x25 7.x NCCH key, 9.6 seed stuff, new-3ds exclusive stuff, etc). However, that category is basically "romfs and .code of newer games", and we can't decrypt everything because (as stated by another poster), the 0x2C NCCH key is still unknown.
