Hacking decrypted dvds from original waninkoko dvd backup loader

So I still have some patched dvds from waninkoko's iso patcher from back when this whole thing was new last year.

Is there any usb backup loader that can rip them onto an external or should I just redownload the isos and use these dvds as frisbees.

Theres an app tueidj wrote called bunpatcher that restructures patched discs, just rip an iso using your pc's dvd drive and use this as a commandline (bunpatcher.exe PatchedIso.iso NewIsoThatCanBeRippedToWBFS.iso)
