RIIIIIIDDDDGGGGE RACCCERRRR!!!!! *coughs* sorry.

The best i got is restore your SecureInfo_A, so line 100, first byte to the one listed as. And then put a 2.1 eu ctrnand transfer. Then remove a9lh. Then redo a9lh and update using a 9.2 eu ctrnand transfer. If that doesnt work well, I think you bricked.
If he removes A9LH and his console doen't boot. Brick. Caution.

Remove A9LH with SafeA9lhInstaller (download it from the "installing A9LH" section of 3ds.guide, will give you a option to remove it.) And send the console without SD card.

So, you managed to load your 2DS to the "3D Check" screen on 2.1.0U? (yeah i missed quite a bit lol) Try holding A,B,X,Y, and R and loading the console with a gamecart in it. It should boot past the setup screen, and then just hit the homebutton and act as if you set it up.

Did you perhaps try a game that actually works on 2.1.0? A lot of newer games were not able to run on those firmwares.

Go on this page and use Ctrl+F and type a list of games that you have and look for 2.1.0(U,E,etc.) in front of it.

Well, it's supposed to work on firmware 1.0.0< so I can't pinpoint that issue. Maybe it's a connection issue between the console/gamecart?

Can you attempt to use another game and test if it's the console or just the cartridge?

Is it piracy if it was released for free? Not in my opinion, but I also think it's not piracy if buying it isn't owning it, and it's not piracy if you can't buy it from the original creators anymore.
