I have a new 3ds., and i want some cia's on my sd card, but i need a zorpads file, and i need the browser exploit for it if im on 9.x, but i thought you couldnt do that on new 3ds. I've seen poeple with cia's installed by bigbluemenu, or whatever. how did they do it?

What on earth are you talking about?
I was going to install some cia's and in order to do so, i must convert the rom to .cia, and to do that you must decrypt the .3ds file. but to decrpyt a .3ds file you need a xorpads file. A xorpads file is obtained using some 3ds homebrew thing that uses the browser exploit.

not sure if it will work with a rom in gateway mode.....i kinda doubt it, but worth a shot
i've seen the thread, but i dont understand how this helps. not to be rude (some of my posts sound rude to people), but i was asking how to create .cia's out of roms, the guy in that thread downloaded premade cia's, and i have too, for savedatafiler, but i want games, not system titles. (unless i missed something)

How would you run a 3dsx file with GW? I don't want to screw with my CN cart because I use it to boot GW
well you can A) see if you can run decrypt9 from a rom in gateway mode, but if not you can B) wipe your CN save by holding L+R+X+Y on the main menu, install the homebrew launcher....use decrypt9 for whatever you need it for, then wipe it again and reinstall GW....obviously A is a better option, but you can freely wipe the save and switch between GW and the homebrew launcher if not

Oh I see, like load up a rom of CN and go from there.. that sounds like something that almost certainly won't work.

Well I've been looking for a way to make .cia files without a OG3DS too, so I'm going to give a few things a shot

I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar

Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)

Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
