A ROM image is basically a memory dump of the software. You know how you run games via an emulator or a flash cartridge? You are actually running a piece of software dumped from a cartridge. Depends on the platform of course. If you run games intended for an optical disc console, you more than likely are running something like an ISO image. All in all, it's just a dump of the software in question. ROM stands for Read-Only Memory, since you can't write to the memory chips of a cartridge.

Much of it is in Spanish, and the reason is that I also play in Spanish, as it's my native language. I also understand English, but Spanish is better for me since it's my native language. All the ones I mention are the ones missing cheats and don't appear in the Twilight Menu.

Most of them are my friends who only play in Spanish and don't know much English.
