DDR Arcade - mini??

So apparently following on from the mini classic console boom, a company called Zuiki in Japan has started a crowdfunding page to create an awesome, 1/5 scale replica of the Dance Dance Revolution Arcade machine that offers the ability to play using an in-built screen or through a television screen or laptop via an HDMI Out!

This looks pretty cool I gotta admit and I watched my daughters spend hooours on these machines so i think they'd do rather well. The crowdfunding page is linked below the video. What do guys think... Anyone have fond memories of this beauty?

And its officially licensed by Konami as well.

They're gonna have to license all the songs that were in these mixes that aren't Konami originals.

As a collectors decor, this thing is great. As a game playability it's roughly 5/10. No more SD card slot, not all songs are there (they are there as stages but the ones they couldn't get licensed is just a muted bgm with charts). Hoping it can be hacked to get proper 1-3 or simply extreme on there

I used to play a DDR homebrew a lot. It was fun to play with the d-pad and the buttons. Unsure about using your fingers as feet.

Get one of your figures to dance on the pads, mine currently is being played by Mazinger Z
