It will take you less time to install a9lh and use freeShop to download and install DBZ than it will searching the net for a legit cia and wasting time installing it when it turns out to not actually be a legit cia.

If it were legit it wouldn't be Region Free. Find one that's EUR (TitleID 0004000000169600) and try that.

How much time do you want to spend on a worse solution? You will end up installing CFW eventually anyway. Why not do it now while it's possible on latest firmware, and before you waste any more time with this?

Ok then, have fun navigating through ad.fly pages, pop up YouTube ads, viruses, downloading files only to find out they don't work, and general inconveniences. It's your choice.

By the way what you're doing is actually more dangerous than installing CFW through established practices. What if one of the files is a system title in disguise, and it bricks your console when you install it?

I have been very careful so far but far out everyone is pushing me to CFW... I don't want it and I mean at some one could point me in the right direction for finding the Legit CIA file I am after that was from the bundle

It's not really a matter of being careful, as the file you get could only be known to be bogus by the uploader and not the site admins. Besides that, it's against forum rules to link you to a CIA.

Your options are:

1. Find the legit .cia/ticket yourself (it's not hard).
2. Install A9LH and FreeShop.
3. Actually buy the game.

step 1: don't use legit cias
step 2: stop being stubborn
step 3: get cfw

Well because I am not good at following instructions to be honest and well I might screw the process and brick my device and my device was my Xmas present that's why I am nervous I mean if I knew someone in real life that knows this stuff then I would CFW but I prefer standard firmware for now

That's understandable, but you should know that not only is the current process for installing A9LH very safe, what you want to do in some ways carries more risk (as explained by other people earlier in this thread).
