He was pretty vague on his answer about the release date but we will see, I guess... at least it clears up the rumor that his illness is going to stop the release...

I never trusted that "Maybe Sunday release" quote anyways...

Anywho, yeah. Good news for us 6.35ians.

My question is, if he already DGed, what is holding up the release? If he said it might have been released Sunday shouldn't it be close to completion? Maybe he is Bullshitting...

as far as i know he successfully downgraded from 6.31.
6.35 is a different matter though, because the old updates aren't compatible with 6.35+ firmwares.

besides, before releasing a thing as "dangerous" as a downgrader he would have to make it a user-friendly package, and make sure it works consistently(and not brick 1/10 attempts)

Basically, it IS ABLE TO BE DONE, just not through normal means. With a little extra mumbo jumbo it can be (and was) done.

Like the 6.20 one was possible, but it wasn't nearly as simple as "run hellcat's recovery flasher".

Nothing is as simple as Hellcat, cause the way it installs Firmware (custom or official) is definitely not supported by new PSP revisions.

If you paid for any of the other hacks, you got scammed by somebody pretending to be a hacker. ALL of them are and always have been free.

Stop looking up youtube videos for hacks, they're FULL of links to fakes by people that want to scam you for money.
