Data transfer from banned switch to switch 2

So I bought an account that was apparently stolen, the original owner made a chargeback and I was banned. I've spent a lot of time playing Pokemon games and would like to somehow transfer my save files to Switch 2 and I came up with an idea. I plan to modify my banned Switch and back up my save files (from physical copies), then transfer them to the unbanned modified Switch, and then transfer them to Switch 2 when it comes out. Do you guys think this is possible without getting banned on the second switch, and more importantly on switch 2?

Pokemon saves are stored on the switch it was played on, not on Nintendo cloud save, so if that console is banned, save are stuck on that console.

Yeah, but I've read that with JKSV I can do backups and inject them into other modded switch

In your case you need to exploit the banned switch, and transfer the save to another switch 1 to transfer to switch 2.

Then you'd need to transfer from the banned switch -> another modded switch that isnt banned -> Switch 2.

In your case you need to exploit the banned switch, and transfer the save to another switch 1 to transfer to switch 2.

Would that not get the clean switch flagged for connecting to the internet during transfer to switch 2? I plan on doing this.

A Switch won't get banned for something like that. I've used save managers and game mods on my sysnand for like 6 years now without issue. Just don't import ant cheated saves into games with any online elements.

my modded swtich was online, i bloked the server to nintendo server .... how do you trasnfert from switch 1 to the switch 2 ?

Nintendo will not see that this save is from an cracked game ?

Transfer will work through Nintendo's servers, so unless you have a possibility to connect safely without getting banned, you will not be able to execute a transfer - at least not until the Switch 2 is hacked and allows for injecting savegames from other sources (in that case your own).

With your Nand that had cracked games installed - you can't.

Only hope would be if you did all that on Emunand, and have a clean Sysnand. You could extract the savegames from emunand and inject them into your Sysnand while doing absolutely nothing else piracy-wise on Sysnand.

To be able to do that, you have to buy the games in question, of course. Which you have to do anyway if you want to continue playing them on Switch 2. Otherwise the whole endeavor is pointless.

just dont get your new switch 2 banned/bricked for trying to transfer saves. knowing nintendo your most likely going to be posting a thread whining about your switch 2 being bricked because you knowingly defied nintendo TOS

You can but you risk getting both your other Switch 1 and Switch 2 banned.

I did exactly this and was fine (so far lol), that's not to say you will if you do it cause there's always a risk. Just don't transfer games like Splatoon or Smash.

Yeah you can transfer ur to SysCFW but then go to stock cfw and upload it to NSO cloud that way, you'll obviously get banned otherwise. Also, if you pirated on sysnand before you'll probably get flagged like me and get console banned shortly after on switch 1. Saves will still be fine to redownload.
