Hacking CycloDS v1.5 still haven't fixed my GBA save woes.

I thought the new firmware will fix my GBA problem but it still persists.
Should I get fresh backups? All the ones I have on my CycloDS were prepatched...

And what's the deal with

Mario & Luigi (E) has a patch but I have no idea what it is for... Seems like a save patch. Should I use this patch to see if it'll fix the problem?

Yes, never prepatch anything for use on CycloDS, unless it's a game that bears additional on-board hardware, such as the Botkai series.

Gah, still the same problems before the update. Zelda TMC worked for a while and then the file became corrupted.

I guess I'll have to change the battery. Does anyone know the battery type? cr1220?

I'm in the same boat buddy. The firmware says it fixes the save problems, but everytime I save while playing Metroid Zero Mission, it never saves. It says it does, but when I get back to the game, the save acts like it was never there! It blows.
