You should notify the store of what happened and provide the pictures for a refund. As a consequence, the store should re-label their packages. DealExtreme always shipped their merchandise as "Nintendo DS Accessories". I'm sure they would have gotten into trouble one way or another if they labeled their packages with the flashcart name and the words MOD-CHIP. The customs DO read packaging labels. I'm sure that if I shipped a rubber ducky with the "High explosives terrorrist's kit" label it would get seized immediately without them even needing to open the package. Bottom line is contact the store and ask them to refund or settle this, and to label their shippings more generally in the future. If you ask me it's kind of dumb that they make flashcart shipment so transparent. No store should.
