I'll ask here since I for some reason can't make an account on TC site. I have the new beta and when I played a few games and put my DS into sleep mode, the light will blink repeatedly and the screen flashes. Has anybody else has the same problem when they close their DS? I thought maybe my DS was dying or something, but tried it with a few original games and it sleeps regularly. I'm curious if anybody else has this cause if they do, I assume it's already been addressed and will be fixed in the final release.

Was account creating down or something? Tried to make an account like 2 days ago and it said my email was banned. And it wouldn't let me contact an admin. Even though I have never made an account before. I'll try it again later.

You and me both. That is the ONLY feature I feel is missing from the CycloDS. I don't care about any GUI redesign at all, just a delete feature. You know, like the crusty old R4 had. I just use a homebrew program called DualSlotsBrowser to delete files from the card if I feel too lazy to plug the SD into a computer as it is now. Cool thing about that program is it will look into slot1 AND slot2 cards all in one list. Too bad its interface is horrid though.

alot of folk have been using mailinator.com to get accounts..it is basically an unsecured email dropbox, simple to use, and i would reccomend it as it is what i used to get my TC forum account

I think they recently added that to the ban list.

I just liked how Rayder put it, saying that posting a few heads-up about BETA's helps support for TC after the forum's downtime.

To paraphrase changes: Platinum-to-Wii PBR fixed, argv info pass for homebrews, & Tactics Layer fix.

Can anyone test if Platinum to PBR is working?

I mean, in Diamond/Pearl, after the START button, the DS green light will blink for awhile, to show that Wireless connection is at work so that it is ready to connect to Wii, however, that dosen't happen to Platinum ...
