Did you check the Evolution BETA Firmware forum? They don't post betas on the website. And I believe that the beta forum is only visible to registered forum users.
 
Your not supposed to post this kind of news TC had requested that it all be done only in there forum.
 
Good point. Let me rephrase my last post.

If there were a new beta firmware, which I am neither confirming nor denying, it would be posted in the Evolution BETA Firmware forum, which is available to registered users of the Team Cyclops forums.

This is not news, it's just a heads up. Nothing wrong with that.
 
Of course it's news! It's posting about a build after the board it appears on specifically asks for it not to be publicised!
 
No CycloDS beta firmware has ever been posted on the news page by any webmasters. This is a discussion forum, and it was posted by a member of the board. If TC really wants to keep their Beta firmwares super special secrets, they would not post it in a section of the website that even a member with no posts will be able to see. Every time a new beta firmware comes out someone has to come and piss about people sharing information with each other here. It's getting really annoying.

Anyway, still no new GUI eh, Team Cyclops?
 
The point is though, after their forums went down for awhile and then came back, people were worried about all the silence from TC. Now they released this beta and everyone who was worried that TC had given up on FW updates can now rest easy.
 
Good, maybe EDGE will follow them.

Thanks for the welcome back Sorry things have been a bit slow recently, we've had a few behind the scenes issues getting in the way of firmware updates but they've been resolved and things will progress much more smoothly from now on. Keep an eye out for further BETA releases over the coming days! "

Sounds like new features coming soon ^^.
 
Wow. Hopefully they will releasing some new features and not just game fixes. It's been a while since they released the latest new feature (Battery Save mode I think it was). Anything new would be nice.
 
Good to see Team Cyclops is still alive, but I've already moved onto the Acekard 2i.

I really want to see the CycloDSi though, I'd jump ship right away.
