yeah, it sucks big time. I'm not sure if you can use the image decrypter method or not. you need your account id for this. then, use the command line (it will tell you what to type). a full backup (I think) contains the app.db which is what you need to change. then, place the theme in a location on ux0 and direct the app.db to it. there's an app by red squirrel that can do this for you. you may need an older version on the app, because the latest is for henkaku. you need the one that modifies the app.db on the pc. this is all speculative though. I don't know if it will work. a lot of people have had trouble with the image decrypter on 3.65.

that I'm not sure of. I know I got the dq theme from the metal slime console from hack informer on 3.18, and it worked fine. I still use it to this day. the issue may be the rif keys (licenses). if a theme has been dumped, it may or may not work. I'm really not sure.
