Hey guys!

I've decided to create a few themes for the 3DS. Why don't we all post our own themes and create a compilation?

I've created the themes below because they are some of my favorite shows.

The Blacklist

Please let me know how well they work, and please post some of your work!

Here's a video on how to use 3DS Themes.

I'm gonna keep an eye on this for when I figure out how to make the theme stay when I sleep or shut down the 3DS

All my themes can be found in the link below. :D
Majin Cubyan's Themes

How'd you make these themes? I downloaded the tool, but it doesnt have a body_LZ.bin file in the tools folder, and when I try to open your themes using the tool it just crashes.

There should be one in the data folder

I will be making more as well. Might take a request or two. :D

Gurren lagann?
Parasyte?
Angel Beats :yay:
Adventure Time:wink:
Kingdom Hearts:)

There should be one in the data folder

Thanks, man, found it. I'm running into some problem though. Each time I try to open any body_LZ.bin file the program just stops working and closes. Am I doing something wrong?

Um, I don't think so, thats what I do and it works fine for me.

I'd just make sure you have Microsoft .NET Framework 4. Only thing I can think of that might make it not work.

kk, I'll download and install that.

Hmm, that's not it
Same or higher version of .NET Framework 4 has already been installed on this computer.

An online creator would be awesome for convenience and because I can't get the one I have now to work anymore.

Currently, the version I'm creating only supports exporting the image files for convenience in importing it into the theme creator. This means that the top image will be put into a 512 x 256 canvas, and the 3 bottom images will be put together in a 1024 x 256 canvas.

Please be aware that in the future, I will probably update the tool to allow for .bin compression and exportation. I'm running into an issue right now because my current web host doesn't allow for any executableexcept for PHP to be run on the server. Also, I need to familiarize myself with the theme format, as I am not too sure on how it works.

I'm waiting for some source code to guide me along the way. Then, I should be able to mimic the software using PHP.

Ahh alright. I guess I will figure out how to get it to work again then. :yaynds:

How the hell do you make them work? Seriously? I can't figure out how. I don't even know where to place the file on my 3DS.

assuming you are using ninjhax version

put the body_LZ in the same directory as the .3dsx file on your SD

than on the 3ds there are 5 options

hit enable (should be the 3rd one)
then the bottom one

That's how I got it to work at least

Make sure you are using a non default theme or it won't stick
