I guess i can use MEGA like i was doing in the past for a little bit, in this way i can even post the custom cia for theme.

Google Drive is better than Mega, I already lost several themes that I created in the mega. They claimed copyright for files I created

An update;
Now, your themes won't have to go through the moderation process if you have enough moderated themes.

@KidKirbius I forgot to mention that to create the cwav files (SFX effects) you will need ctr_waveconverter32, this plugin you should look for on your own.

Problem is when i convert .wav files with CTR_WaveConverter32 - it converts them to .bcwav and when i add them to cwav and apply the setting, it sounds really bad - like ear rape.
