Take a look at these tutorials and download the editable textures.
https://gbatemp.net/entry/tutorials-for-creating-custom-themes.11124/

You can use any kind of texture to create a border.
Example of images that can be used to create borders.

papel-de-parede-textura-de-madeira-mod-11.jpg images (1).jpg

The first image I would use to create a theme texture One Piece.
Folder Closed.png

You can get different texture images on Google. Search for the following keywords.
Metal texture, glass texture, stone texture, Spaceship texture, chests texture of zelda.

I used is tecido_formula_1_1__1.jpg texture to the theme of the border below.

The sound of the running time may vary according to the item. The sound of opening and closing applications can not exceed two seconds the other items can not exceed one second (close and folder).
Note: The sound of the cursor does not have to be less than 1 second. Place a fast and simple sound.
To create bcwav (SFX) you can use this modified version of Audacity.
https://github.com/jackoalan/audacity/releases/
You can run behind the official Nintendo plugin called ctr_waveconverter32.

What do you think about my themes?
http://asia81.webnode.fr/themes/
It look good
Hmm but it feels like the colour doesn't match with the background (i mean the background for buttons and icons), it is matched in a way but how shoud i put it :/
erm.. If i were you i would use a combination of dark color for background and a light color for icons / letters or vice versa and using slightly same color as their highlight and more darker color as their shadow, well it depend on personal taste anyway

Pretty good! I'll download some of them! :-p
But why don't you share those themes on 3dsthem.es? (we can have a music preview XD)
Because I hate how the site is.

Last time I tried to upload something on it, no .rar upload allowed, only .bcstm /.bin (But there is some month ago).
I want share a .rar with a folder ready for use with CHMM2 or HTT (Build theme in CIA).

Does it changed from the last time?

No rar, just upload the Body_LZ.bin, BGM.bcstm, Icon.png (optional, will be resized to 48px), and the Preview.png (optional, 432x528, 412x480 or 400x482).

I also think the site should have some additional features. As an example a new preview mode generator in Usagi style.

I had forgotten that detail the adult themes appear only to those who posted them using the keyword selfnsfw in the search bar.
The theme unfortunately will only appear for you to download as soon it will be deleted from the server.
