It must be because I was giving error in adult themes. You download the theme and is not coming with the body file.
I reported this problem to the @MarioErmando

I personnaly use Audacity by jackoalan .
Just download it , in the zip you'll find audacity , open it , open your file , and then when you export you can save as .bcwav .

This was a simple theme for my custom 3DS but i decide to upload at the end. Initialy there was no BGM on the theme but then, since i finaly a good buddy with Greninja and his theme in the anime suit this manga perfectly, i decided to add one.

Information about the theme
Folder icon based on Mandy caricature.
Border-based spectral ball.
SFX - based on the sounds of the cartoon.

Note: These icons were created using a new method of creation that I developed.
This new method is much simpler than what I had explained in a tutorial.
To create the effects of official themes takes only 2 minutes and they are without any margin of error.
Anyone who wants to learn how to make and so download the package below and explore the files to see how and what I did.

See the image above folder icons in its open mode and closed with and without the effect of official themes.
The presentation of the work is much better taking this effect corrects any sizing problem or black lines appearing in the corners of the icons.
Any doubts and so leave a message in private.

I did an update on the above theme modified it a little more textures and changed the theme of the background music.
@FlameSpeedster In fact the music you suggested best matches the theme.

Custom border following the colors of pokémon.
Border-based spectral ball.
