Homebrew Custom Theme Thread

Hello.
For those who use my template I have updated the last one to make proper basic theme (setting as None & None) with proper alignement between up and down screen.
Anyway words are cute but here what I mean :

Keep in mind that for "basic theme" meaning both screen as "None"

For sure these can be used by @exelix11 for Yata that still the goal :D
 
Just finished my Conan & Kindaichi theme. In the final version, I replaced the pixel-y top screen picture with a good quality picture from the trailer, and added some colors to the buttons and the cursor. I decided not to add sound effects because they would get really bad and crackly when I convert them. Also, I had a slight problem with editing the folder's back button (it gets glitchy), so I just left the default colors on it. Enough talking, here's the theme xD

To all who were affected with a glitch on our site, but haven't read our thread, all issues should be solved, including the log in issue, and I'm proud to say 3dsthemes now supports (and incurrages) the use of https. If you have any questions please pm me so we don't derail the thread.

is anyone having trouble with the YATA+ "open in your photo editor" ive tried every software on my computer and it still doesnt load the template from YATA+ software :(

Im using CHMM to load my custom theme with bgm. bin files and I get:

{string "?"]:91: error writing f8

any way to fix this??
1) Which theme are you trying to replace? Use one of the default system themes.
2) Is the bgm.bcstm file larger than 3.3MB?
 
its 8,323 mb... is there a way to shrink it???
Yes. Download Audacity, open your .wav in it, and in it you can make your bgm shorter or reduce the quality, and then save it again as .wav. In my experience, I noticed that the .wav should be max ~10.5MB in order to be ~3MB when converted to .bcstm.

I have a request to theme makers for the next release of CHMM.

I'm working on a cool GUI for the homebrew and i need to know some info:

1) Most used preview screenshots sizes.
2) Screens pixels start in these previews (For example if the image is 400x480 and bottom screen is allineated with top_screen, write me BOTTOM: start 30x240).

Answer me here or in PM, thanks for the collaboration.

This is the best fit for your app cause you get the full preview for both screens without the need of scrolling. Also theres no need to rezise the screenshots taken via NTR or the bulit in feature the 3ds haves.
