I don't actually know much about it, but I was always under the impression that it substitutes the integrated graphics for the dedicated graphics when running demanding tasks (like games). In the case of the 7200, this would cause a drop in performance, not an increase. Of course, I may be wrong. It's a new technology, and I've not seen any useful articles about it yet to explain what it's supposed to do, especially when a Z68 motherboard usually gets paired up with a much more recent graphics card (like the GTX 560 or HD 6870).
