Custom icons in PSX2PSP?

Hello, is it possible for the icon of a converted PSX eboot.pbp to be live? I have seen multiple PSP games (Like God of War Chains of Olympus) that have icons that become a kind of movie when your cursor hovers over it. Can you make PSX games have movie icons?

Nope. Because the only compatible format is .PNG, as explicitly stated in steps 4 and 5 in the image below:

PSP games have nothing to do with converted psx games. If some developer wanted to implement this feature I think it would be possible to do so, but as it is now, animated icons do not work.

you can have animated psx eboots icons with background music as well, been a long time and I've lost all my files to do so, but its possible this might help.
