Was browsing this forum for a while but didn't found anything.

How can i make my own small Homebrew Games/applications?
    Something like this: http://gbatemp.net/threads/release-minesweeper-2ds.384185/

I'd like to try some stuff but i can't find any tutorials on how to do it or what i need to use.

There is no tutorial. 3DS isn't an easy device to code for.

To compile a 3ds app you need devkitarm (download the devkitpro and install devkitarm). The complete reference for the 3ds internals is on 3dbrew.org.To know the API for the 3ds system you have to study CTRUlib.

If you have some skills with C or C++, and you know the basics of graphic output in video games, you could start from the ctulib examples that comes with devkitarm, than you could study some code using the sf2dlib (serch it with google) that simplify the use of the GPU.

If you don't know C, find first a tutotial to write application for PC and start studying it, then after some years of experience you'll be able to start coding on 3ds.
