I am wanting to install this. For the themes to work in my Emunand. Do I need to install Menuhax to my EMU or SYS, I am unsure on this and would prefer to ask before I did it.. Thanks

It's Emu, please don't make multiple threads of one question..

Just install cia of CHMM in emunand and run it. Make folder on sd called themes and place them in there and that's it.

Use 3dsx version, 2.2 cia just leads to a black screen and frozen buttons on bottom screen

Pack your custom themes+official themes in Howling Theme Tool as a .cia and install the .cia to emunand with FBI/Dev Menu. No need for CHMM2

There was a hotfix released for that.

Ok, so I have the .3ds. Downloading the themes as a zip. Shall I extract the Zip into my Themes folder, then go into CHMM2 and go from there.
