ROM Hack Question Custom dungeon in BOTW (port pc mod)

Hi guys.
Do you know if is there a way to port pc mods like this in BOTW with layeredFS?
After that, a lot of modders build so many custom dungeon, as far as I know only for pc...

About this particular mod:
From what I read to be compatible with WiiU it needs little tweak for titlebg.
And Textures needs converting for Switch as WiiU uses different format. So it will need someone who knows WiiU and Switch version of BoTW to make easy to use converter.
