I was wondering does the DSi Mode homebrew exploit work with 1.4.1?

The R4i SDHC Revolution (Red Box) is working on 1.4.1......but you have to buy the 1.4.1 version, 1.4 versions have not been fixed nor updated for 1.4.1U yet, which sucks

Actually this thread is made to warn people about cards like your "R4 SDHC".

I just found out (by helping someone) about this R4i firmware upgrade (for 1.4.1) from www . r4-pro . com

-R4 Ultra doesn't work for me either, I used the Official Site's 1.4.1 Update but it still gives me the "An Error Occured" black screen.
-The problem is, I didn't know about this update until yesterday, so I applied the update anyways and got stuck, cauz i couldn't launch the Patch since the R4Ultra didn't work.
-So i used a friend's DSi that was 1.4E and applied the patch to the Flashcart.
-Now, instead of the "Danny Phantom" image in the DSi Menu, it gives me a blank Cartridge that says nothing, and after clicking on it, SURPRISE! THE SAME "An Error Occured" SCREEN !!
-I Have a Nintendo DSi v1.4.1E.
Could you please tell me if I'm doing something wrong so that if i'm not, I can start saving up for a new Flashcard

But i wanted to ask cauz I don't know much about Flashcarts : I wanted to know WHAT flashcart i actually have. Since it was given to me as a gift, i don't have the box.

Here's All the Information you need :
-It was running on R4 Ultra Kernel 1.54
-On the Game/Multimedia/Slot2 screen, R4Ultra is written in the top Screen.
-I Opened it last night and found out that the circuit board is yellow.
-The Sticker on the Cartridge is just like an R4 Pro, it's golden.
Up till now i assumed i had a R4 Ultra, that's why I applied the file you gave me. But since the Flashcart crashed, i'm unsure

If you need any more information, please ask cauz I really need help

I think you have the r4 ultra, and not the r4i ultra (that may be the cause, but i am not sure) Cuz that file is for R4i Ultra fix

I think you have the r4 ultra, and not the r4i ultra (that may be the cause, but i am not sure) Cuz that file is for R4i Ultra fix

If you have the r4i ultra look on the back there you see r4i written on it

yes i think so, you may have used the incorrect update on that flashcard and that is why its not working for some reason..

U can get an ackard 2i for about 15 bucks, and it is a really amazing flashcard and lots of cool features. But if you want to go even better with features like RTS, gba-emulatoion, video-playback (without moonshell), buy a Supercard DS2, and it ranges about 35 bucks

Even if only R4 is available in your country, like mine has only R4 and Acecard, you can still order online. I ordered Supercard DSTWO just now from Shoptemp as they have free shipping worldwide. Although I don't have it yet, I'd suggest it for all the features it has, or if you want a cheaper card then go with Acecard.
