Hi guys,
I was following 3ds.guide for CTR transfer to change the region to Japan.
I did exactly what the guide told me to do, except I used emunand instead of sysnand.
Everything went fine until I tried to run the "ctrtransfer_ticket_copy" script - it would not run and instead show an error message: "could not find ticket backup, something has gone wrong with your CTRTransfer."
If I boot the device without running the script, it boots without any problem but there are no games or any other CFW related applications on the home page, both on sysnand and emunand.
Do you have any suggestions that I could try? Thx in advance. I am using a n3ds from Korea, and all the softwares and firmwares (godmode9 and etc.) are up to date.

I had no luck with a ctr transfer either. No applications would show up on the n3ds that got the transfer no matter what i did.
i was following this guide.

Well, one a CTRTransfer doesn't automatically transfer your tickets. The script should create a backup of them before performing the transfer and then restore them after it's complete. Although, if it wasn't able to create a backup, then there is nothing to restore. That's why you got the message.

Both of you can transfer your tickets manually using Godmode9/Decrypt9 to make a backup and inject them. Or you can use TikShop to install all tickets, but you'll have to reinstall HomeBrew/CIA manually.

Also I'd like to mention you should never use files from an archive uploaded on some YouTube video, that's how you mess up your console. How do you know the CTRNand image hosted is a clean image and doesn't contain the uploaders personal files like tik.bak, LFCS, Moveable.sed, secureinfo, etc? You won't brick if you have CFW but it will more than likely cause some compatibility issues

I recently did this as well. There was nothing to transfer but my system looks fine. Do I need to transfer the ticket over? Is it critical? What will happen to my system in the long run? I was able to play games and install cia files. Thanks.
