Hacking Create NNID in sysNAND or emuNAND?

I'm about to sys transfer my O3DS XL content to my N3DS XL.

My O3DS XL is a MK7 edition (with the game preinstalled) and I also purchased (yeah I bought) some themes.

All of the content is ONLY in emuNAND because I have both NANDs unlinked.
I never purchased any game and I don't use eShop that often so I've never created a NNID (neither in sysNAND or emuNAND).

Should I really create a NNID in the first place?
If so, should I create it in emuNAND BEFORE or AFTER I transfer?

I decided to create my NNID AFTER I sys transferred.

I still dunno if it's the best but since I'm sticking with this new console, I gave it a shot
