Hacking Create Forwarder channels for Snes9x and FCE Ultra GX

I've been kind of out of the loop for some time. Ok, I'm trying to achieve a probably pretty simple thing.

1. have two separate channels for Snes9x and fceugx (I'm trying to use these versions https://github.com/dborth/fceugx/releases and https://github.com/dborth/snes9xgx/releases)

2. I want the channels to launch without prompt for gamepad and without having to point at TV Only with the Wii remote

3. I want to use the Wii U Pro controller only.

Somehow I have a channel on my Wii U home menu for USB Loader gx which does exactly that, so it must be possible. I tried the WiiVC Injector script but when I feed it the boot.dol for the emulators I get an error.

Could someone explain how I could achieve that with Fix94's hbl2hbc ?

So I could use hbl2hbc and edit the hbl2hbc.txt file?

1. how can I know what ID the emulators are?

2. how can I turn the elf-file into a installable wup-archive/folder?
