Hacking crashing error due to user profile being already NNID linked?

so, i have 2 games ikaruga and mr driller land, both will at some point show " an error occured" message on my main profile.
but the error will not show if i use a second profile, this second profile is not linked to an nnid.

after some testing, airplane mode will allow my 1st profile to get into game, but also when i use my second profile i see that mr driller land asks to link my nnid at the point my main profile would crash, im assuming ikaruga has the same issue where it crashes.

anyone any ideas why a profile thats already linked with an nnid would make it crash?, only seen this on 2 games so far

maybe profile corruption? or homebrew tomfoolery?

Yeah I fixed it by unlinking my account for what ever reason having an account with nnid activated causes some games to crash when they use the nnid for what ever reason
