Gaming Misc crash in ds download mode

Hello/good evening everyone,

For several years now, my Nintendo 2DS has been crashing in DS download mode. Whether in online multiplayer mode basically the ds mode of communication is dead. I send you a video. Help me please

no it's not the same problem, this problem appeared long before I hacked my nintendo 2ds
