Hacking Crash at data management on FW4.0

I'm on waninkoko's 4.0 fw for some time because of the great feature's it offers, but since updating I have some problems using the data management function.
Everytime I enter the SD suboption to transfer some game saves by wiisave from SD to my Wii the Wii hangs and needs to be hardresetet.
Does someone has the same problem? If so, is there anything I can do to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've managed to check the savegame manager by waninkoko and hoped to see a possibility to convert the normal data.bin into a format the save manager can read, but hadn't success.
Anyone else already messed with the SaveGame Manager source? Can anyone on 4.0 confirm the Wii Save Data Management Problem?

I'm on 4.0, but i've not used the waninkoko upgrader, I've used the patched ios60(i think it is) plus official upgrade from nintendo (has to be done two time in a row in my case) and everything works.

Hmm... that's really confusing.
Probably I'm missing an update cause of the waninkoko update.
Anyone with wanins update got it working?

Leave the SD menu up for longer maybe, I've heard from people with hundreds of saves that it can take up to 20 minutes to load the SD card sometimes.

I've got quite a few, used waninkokos upgrader and mine takes around 1 minute to load up around 60+ ish saves on 1 wii and quicker on another wii with only 5 or 6 save files.

I only have one file there and I tried it with both SD and SDHC card.
But the let it load thingy is new for me. Will try it later.
ATM I have bit.trip open, because it doesn't seem to save when quit.
