First post. I have faithfully been following this thread for a while... today I updated to (r706) Update 1.
But I had issues loading quite a few games I have on Lacie External with blue error 02.

But once I downgraded to CoverFloader-RC7.zip I was not having this issue... I have both on the SD card so I am going back and forth on games and the majority of games I can´t play on this newer version. Any idea why.

also, whilst on my righteous rant, I want to say thanks to everyone who has made decent loaders (I use GX and Coverflow) and I see so often lines like..

"Yeah, great loader, but this dont work"
or
"yeah great loader but it would be better if it did this...."

Sort it out guys..
free stuff is good, but never give props and bitch about something in the same sentence.

I dont post much, but I ALWAYS check in every day, and I am grateful for all the amazing work done by people who are vastly more intelligent than me, to not only create "These Things", but also make it simple enough that even I can work it out...

With RC7 we used 002-fixes globally dependent on used cIOS-rev. This wasn't always compatible with some older games and we can't make a difference between rev13(a) and rev13b.
With RC7.1 we can set and store the needed game-fix per game. In game launch window click on gear-button; with the last option you can set the game fix; none is default.
Hint: for cios rev...

10 use Anti_002
13(a) use Error_002
13b try none or Anti_002
other >7 try Anti_002

This site is full of freeloaders sadly, so they will never be happy about having to reach for their wallet. They think the servers and programmers exist in some magical place where money isn't needed and are just a gift from the gods for gamers to rejoice.

I TOTALLY SUPPORT THIS NEW METHOD. I can't believe some people get all this stuff for free and can't even bother to donate to help the creators.

If you don't like it, you can't go to Office Depot and buy a pack of blank dvds, or even better do the same thing you don't think is worth an euro yourselves. Or you can save a couple weeks for that euro and help this guy.

I hope you are not that same guy that wanted to play guitar hero with a wiimote, because he had already paid a lot of money for his modchip.

hmm, 3d art(fullcover) won't download, and when putting them in manually, they don't show.

Regular covers do however.

Tried 4 digit name, as well as 6 digit.

resolution is 512x340.

any idea why?

some games aren't working (i.e. Wii Sports Resort (NTSC-J), Grand Slam Tennis (PAL) and Resident Evil Archives: Resident Evil (PAL)) and comes up with a black screen and goes no further.

Is there anyway that, someone can help me with this problem? If not... i'm hoping Waninkoko's cIOS r14 will fix this and many other problems when it's released.

Hmm, me and djtaz took a look at the cover issue, seems to be a bug in the loader (RC7u1).

Btw, I think people forget, these people do this for FREE. remember that.

I'm with everyone else. The coders put there own time into building this loader which everyone seems to love, and then complains when they possibly ask for alittle help. I still don't understand this. Would we be complaining more if we paid for this loader? or less? If there only asking for a euro. So what!! Don't buy a Tim Hortons, or a Starbucks, or any other hot beverage you get on a day to day basis for one day. He posts up the covers in different formats, disc arts, to make the loader look alot more presentable when we select games, and now cheat codes to make the games more fun or easier. All and all I am very impressed with all the work that has been shown with Cover Flow.

My favorite loader by far. Thanks for all the hard work. As a former amateur coder, I know it's not easy.

Found a weird bug, though. Been playing Twilight Princess, haven't read all 100 pages and I tried to search and see if this has been brought up before, but I didn't notice anyone else bringing it up. Whenever I face the Twilit messengers (to open portal locations), I can't see anything, my screen fills up with rendered black polygons. When I go fishing, my screen renders gold polygons. Loading the game through USB Loader GX, though, and I have no problems. Just mentioning it, not sure what that could be. Latest versions of both loaders, Rev 10.

Having cheats activated, stops some games running, Super Mario Gaxlaxy is one, tried Rc7 and Rc7update1, it goes to the strap screen ok, then just black screen after that, then the wii is locked up,

Also Rc7 update-1 is running very slow when selecting games, settings ect, once the game has started, the game runs fine

I'd like to say -==- for all your hard work.

RC7u1 appears to be working just fine for me.

Although with this new release, I have not tried downloading any art work as I currently have all NTSC art work already downloaded and PAL art work I download manually as needed.

3D covers I don't currently use as there are too many missing for my collection.

About the only problem I've had "After" I updated from RC7 Hotfix to the currently release was some games seemed to have forgotten their individual settings, causing the screen to remain black after trying to load them. But going into the individual settings for the games in question and applying what ever settings may be needed fixed the problem.

Note: I use individual settings only for a handful of games.

About the only real problem I've had so far is a couple of PAL games which seemed to have the bottom of the screen cut off. My TV is 16:9 32" and it's like the bottom 2" are missing.

That's not quite true now is it. yeah you can download it for free, but if you want to it to download the cover's then it will cost you, remember that when you download it.
