Recently, there was an error that the server is busy to connect to the Nintendo Network. i had to play offline
And? It's likely just undergoing maintenance or a heavy traffic load after all the shopping.... same suggestion as anywhere else would give try again later. Though feel free to post the error code. If it's an error from a ban I'm sure someone can point that out to you. Otherwise it's likely no reason for concern.
