Homebrew Could someone share his/her TWLCFG0.dat and TWLCFG1.dat?

Im trying to region switch my jap. DSiLL, but for that i need TWLCFG0.dat and a TWLCFG1.dat from shared1.
I want to switch to E, so i would need someone with a E nand that shares these files with me. 1.4 would be perfect to match my dsi version but i dont know if it even matters.
