UDPIH has WUP server, with that you can set the console to connect to your Wifi without booting into the OS. Then your can use wupclient written in python to download and upload files on system NAND. See the UDPIH/recovery menu thread for details.
The config file for HDMI is here, note the path is different than the one you see using FTP under cfw.:
